Refund policy

Because every Print My Ish order is custom-made to order, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced custom items.

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from the proof you approved, contact us at Les@printmyish.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint or replace any item that is our error at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for approving the digital proof before production. Errors in customer-supplied artwork, spelling, sizing, or color in an approved proof are not eligible for refund or reprint. Digital download products are non-refundable once delivered.
